ELISA binding of Anti-Rituximab Antibody (17B6) [Biotin] (GenScript, A01971-40) with Rituximab. While the antibody does not recognize the human IgG (data not shown).Coating antigen: Rituximab, 1 μg/ml.Anti-Rituximab Antibody (17B6) (GenScript, A01971-40) dilutions start from 2,000 ng/ml.EC??= 5.075 ng/ml.
Standard curve of Rituximab Sandwich ELISA. The Rituximab Sandwich ELISA assay is developed by using Anti-Rituximab Antibody (6C1), mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A01969-40) and Anti-Rituximab Antibody (17B6), mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A01971-40) as the capture and detection antibodies, respectively. The sensitivity is less than 1 ng/ml.
Target Background |
Rituximab (Rituxan) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of hematological cancers and autoimmune diseases. When Rituximab binds to CD20 on the surface of normal and malignant B cells, natural killer (NK) cells is activated to destroy these B cells. It is therefore used to treat diseases with too many B cells, overactive B cells, or dysfunctional B cells. Anti-Rituximab Antibody (17B6), mAb, Mouse is produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of partner and B-lymphocytes obtained from a mouse immunized with Rituximab. |
