MonoRab?
Rabbit Anti-VHH Microbeads are superparamagnetic beads with a diameter of 1.5
μm. These beads are coated with anti-VHH antibodies and can be used to separate
VHH+cells from fresh or frozen camelid peripheral blood mononuclear
cells (PBMCs) or single cell suspensions based on the surface expression of
VHH. To initiate the isolation process, the beads are added to the cell sample
in a tube. After a brief incubation, the anti-VHH antibodies that are
preconjugated to the beads will bind to the target cells that express VHH on
their cell surface. The bead-bound cells can then be separated from the rest of
the sample using a magnet. MonoRab? Rabbit Anti-VHH Microbeads will provide
excellent recovery of high-purity, viable cells for downstream molecular research. |
