The AmMag Quatro is an automated solution for purification of large-scale, high quality, transfection-grade plasmids from Escherichia coli cultures. The solution consists of a system controller that provides simultaneous operation of up to 4 independent purification modules, along with pre-filled consumables and verified protocols.
The AmMag Quatro consumable kit is an all-inclusive solution that contains the sample tube, reaction tube, reagent cartridge containing the magnetic beads and buffers, tip box that contains the elution tube and the waste container. The kits offerings include two elution buffer configurations, water or Tris-EDTA (TE). The kits are barcoded for lot tracking and individually packaged for single sample processing. The kit’s enclosed design eliminates the possibility of cross-contamination. The kit integrates unique endotoxin-removal methodology that consists of endotoxin washing solutions and endotoxin-removing column, while maintaining the stability of the supercoiled structure of the plasmid. The highly pure plasmid DNA can be directly used for downstream DNA plasmid workflows, such as enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, ligation, transformation and transfection.

Kit should be stored at 15-25°C.
NOTE: Reagents in cartridge may precipitate when exposed to low temperatures (0-15°C). Users can store the cartridge at room temperature for 24 hours or heat the cartridge in a water bath at 37°C for 15 minutes, followed by shaking the cartridge to dissolve the precipitate.
