AmMag? Elite Protein A Magnetic Beads are composite particles formed by covalently coupling NHS-activated paramagnetic agarose beads with rProtein A. This product exhibits high antibody-binding capacity and low non-specific adsorption. With uniform elution conditions, a single purification step can isolate antibodies with a purity greater than 90% from serum samples. Developed and optimized for antibody purification for high throughput and high volume applications. AmMag? Elite Protein A Magnetic Beads have a binding capacity of over 40 mg human IgG per 1 mL settled beads.
